The studio has an open-plan sleeping, living and dining area. It includes a double bed, a sofa bed, a kitchen area for exclusive use and a private bathroom with a shower. It also has air conditioning, internet access and balconies overlooking the street.

There is no heating or washing machine. The studio is located on a high floor in a renovated building without a lift. 

The studio occupies a private, physically separated area within a single legally registered dwelling. Its kitchen and bathroom are for exclusive use. It is particularly suitable for one person, although the maximum occupancy admitted is two people.

The stay must be linked to a documented temporary need arising from studies, work, medical treatment or another limited residential circumstance. It is not intended as a habitual or permanent residence. The reason for the stay, its duration and the tenant’s permanent address must be documented before signing.

Price: €882/month.

Utilities are not included. A monthly provision of €80 will be charged for electricity, water and internet. This amount will be adjusted against the actual bills and the allocation method established in the agreement.

Initial monthly payment: €962.

Duration: 32 days to 11 months.

No agency fees are payable by the tenant.
