The living area opens onto a balcony overlooking a quiet inner courtyard, with natural light during the morning. The apartment retains original features, including traditional vaulted ceilings and exposed wooden beams.

It includes heating, a washing machine, television, internet access and an equipped kitchen. There is no air conditioning. The apartment is located on a high floor in a renovated building without a lift.

The apartment occupies a private, physically separated area within a single legally registered dwelling. Its kitchen and bathroom are for exclusive use. The maximum occupancy admitted is three people.

The stay must be linked to a documented temporary need arising from studies, work, medical treatment or another limited residential circumstance. It is not intended as a habitual or permanent residence. The reason for the stay, its duration and the tenant’s permanent address must be documented before signing.

Price: €1,300/month.

Utilities are not included. A monthly provision of €150 will be charged and adjusted against the actual bills and the allocation method established in the agreement.

Initial monthly payment: €1,450.

Mandatory final cleaning fee: €150, payable once.

Duration: 32 days to 11 months.

No agency fees are payable by the tenant.
