It is not available as a habitual residence or for work relocation, studies or any temporary or permanent residential housing need. Proof of the recreational purpose of the stay and a permanent address outside Barcelona will be required before acceptance. Municipal registration is not permitted.

The price includes rent, utilities, internet and final cleaning following normal and careful use.

Professional intermediation and management services are not included.

Utilities are included within the reasonable consumption limits established in the agreement. Consumption exceeding these limits, damage and extraordinary cleaning will be charged separately when properly documented.
